Ingredients:
• 1 large container (2 litres) Nestlé Country Fresh Vanilla Ice Cream
• 500 g Nestlé Aero, chopped
• 1 large container (2 litres) Jive Strawberry Yoghurt Ice Cream
Method:
- Line a large loaf tin with a sheet of wet clingfilm.
- Spoon a 2 cm layer of vanilla ice cream in the bottom of the tin, spreading it evenly.
- Scatter 250 g of the chopped chocolate on top. Evenly spread a 2 cm layer of strawberry yogurt ice cream on top and scatter the remaining chocolate on top.
- Repeat the vanilla ice cream layer. Press down firmly and freeze until firm, preferably overnight. Unmould the ice cream and serve it sliced with BAR-ONE sauce.
BAR-ONE Sauce:
• 5 bars (42 g each) BAR-ONE
• 1 can (155 g) Nestlé Dessert Cream
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Milo
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a glass bowl over boiling water and heat, stirring, until the ingredients have melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Serve with the cassata.
